Yoga-Massage Tuesdays 7:15-8:30pm

Delve into the soma with movement patterns that will help build kinesthetic awareness and unwind tension from the spine, hips and shoulders. Along with the release of self-massage, in each class you will take away a set of simple movement exercises that can be maintained at home to help the body continue to unravel.
